WHISTLEBLOWING SECTION INSTITUTIONAL SITE
In compliance with the legislation on "whistleblowing", in particular Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2023 and Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001, the company Leat S.p.A. has implemented an adequate system for the collection and management of so-called reports. "whistleblowing" suitable to guarantee the confidentiality of the whistleblower and the content of the reports as well as the legal protections provided.
In order to guarantee broad access to all recipients - employees, suppliers, collaborators, third parties, stakeholders, etc. - Leat has established various alternative reporting channels.
The report can be submitted in the following ways:
1. through the use of the platform at this link
2. By sending by ordinary mail, bearing the words "To the attention of the Manager of whistleblowing reports - personal confidentiality" on the outside, to the address of the Company's registered office.
3. Request for a direct meeting with the Reports Manager (oral channel).
The IT platform represents the preferential channel, given that it is equipped with encryption mechanisms that better guarantee security and technological confidentiality of the Reporting process and allow all Report data to be kept confidential.
